I specialize in hospitality-driven spaces including boutique hotels, short-term rentals (Airbnb/VRBO), luxury vacation homes, and travel-focused brands. What’s included in a typical listing or hospitality shoot?
Most projects include professionally captured interior and exterior photos, detail shots, and (when applicable) drone imagery. Everything is designed to highlight the space, flow, and guest experience—not just document the rooms.
Do you offer lifestyle photography or just empty space photos?
Both. Listing shoots focus on clean, guest-ready imagery, while lifestyle sessions incorporate people and storytelling to help potential guests emotionally connect with the space. This is especially powerful for hotels and higher-end rentals looking to stand out.
How should I prepare my property before the shoot?
Think “guest-ready.” Clean surfaces, make beds hotel-style, remove clutter and personal items, and ensure everything is staged consistently. If a feature helps justify your nightly rate, it should look its best on camera.
How long does a shoot take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the property. Most short-term rental listing shoots take 2–4 hours, while larger hotels or multi-day lifestyle productions can take significantly longer. I’ll provide a clear timeline during planning so everything runs smoothly.
When will I receive my photos?
Turnaround is typically within 48 hours but can vary depending on project size and scope. Larger or more complex projects (especially those involving video or lifestyle production) may take longer, but timelines are always communicated upfront.
How many photos will I receive?
I deliver a curated set of high-quality images that fully represent your space. The focus is on giving you everything you need to market your property effectively—without unnecessary filler --so the number will vary depending on your exact needs. All details of deliverables will be clearly communicated upfront during contracting.
How do professional photos actually help increase bookings?
High-quality imagery is often the first thing guests notice when browsing listings, and it plays a major role in whether they click and book. Strong visuals build trust, elevate perceived value, and can significantly improve conversion rates.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes. I’m based in Colorado but regularly travel for projects. Travel fees may apply depending on location, and I’m happy to bundle multiple properties or shoots together to maximize value.
How is pricing determined?
Every project is a bit different. Pricing is based on factors like property size, scope of work (photo, video, drone, lifestyle), and intended usage. This ensures you’re getting a tailored approach that aligns with your goals rather than a one-size-fits-all package.
